4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Orders can be canceled before production begins. However, a cancellation fee may apply.
• Refunds for deposits will only be issued if no work has started on your project. Custom orders are non-refundable once production begins.

5. Delivery and Installation

• Delivery timelines will be provided during the project discussion. Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.
• Installation services, if applicable, are subject to additional terms, which will be provided before the work begins.

6. Warranty and Repairs

• We offer a warranty on materials and workmanship for a specified period, which will be detailed in your project agreement.
• Warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, neglect, or external factors beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Rosewood Carpentry & Decor is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
• In no event shall our liability exceed the total amount paid for the product or service in question.

8. Intellectual Property

• All designs, concepts, and materials provided by Rosewood Carpentry & Decor remain our intellectual property unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
